Dr. Golson was an Army officer and worked for IBM before graduate school. He co-founded Management Psychology Group in 1986 and a sister company, eTest, in 1997. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Professional Psychology in Organizational and Business Consulting Psychology. He consults with CEOs on leadership team effectiveness, succession planning, executive selection, and unique life-at-the-top challenges.

After a stint in academics as an Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Griest began his consulting career in Atlanta. He is a founder of Management Psychology Group and eTest, and a former board member and Chairman of the Business & Technology Alliance of the Technology Association of Georgia. He consults with a wide range of companies on leader selection, development, and team effectiveness, and he is the Director of the MPG Career Development Center.

Dr. Flanagan is a partner of MPG, and has been with the firm for over 20 years. In recognition of his leadership and contributions, he was elected by the Georgia Psychological Association as a GPA Fellow. His consulting focus includes extensive experience in executive assessment for selection, development and succession planning, executive and management team assessment, and executive coaching.

Dr. Mobley balanced her liberal arts undergraduate education with a more technical and quantitative focus in industrial/organizational psychology at Georgia Tech. She is a partner with MPG, and has served as President of the Georgia Association for Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Her consulting practice focuses on assessment, development, competency modeling, and the design and validation of selection systems. She works with clients across many industries to help them select the right people and develop their current talent.
Jesica earned a psychology degree from the University of Georgia. She is our Client Coordinator, responsible for scheduling, database management, assessment administration, and client communications. She has been with the firm for over twenty years.
Cheryl attended Stetson University and the University of Florida. She provides general administrative backup for the firm and is in charge of the eTest platform, where she serves as COO. She has been with the firm for over twenty-eight years.
