Before graduate school, Dr. Golson was
an Army officer and a computer marketing rep for IBM. He has
been a consultant to business organizations since 1976. He
and his two partners founded Management Psychology Group in
1986 and a sister company, eTest, in 1997. He is a member
of many professional organizations, including the Society
for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and the Division
of Consulting Psychology of the American Psychological Association.
He is Board Certified by the American Board of Professional
Psychology in the specialty of Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
He consults with CEOs on issues of leadership team effectiveness,
leadership succession, executive selection and unique life-at-the-top
questions and problems.
He is the author of many articles and white papers, including the book Influence for Impact.
Douglas
L. Griest

After a stint in academics as an Assistant
Professor at the University of Pittsburgh, Dr. Griest began
his consulting career in Atlanta. Dr. Griest was a founder
of Management Psychology Group and eTest. He is a member of
the American Psychological Association, Southeastern Psychological
Association, Georgia Psychological Association, the Atlanta
Society for Applied Psychology, and served a four-year term
on the Ethics Committee of the Georgia Psychological Association.
He is Chair of the Business & Technology Alliance of the
Technology Association of Georgia. He consults with a wide range
of companies on the selection and coaching/development of leaders,
team effectiveness, and pre-employment screening in general. He has
a particular interest in working with technology and professional
organizations.

Martin Haygood

Dr. Haygood spent his early years in Pittsburgh and
Melbourne, Australia. He is a founder of Management Psychology Group and
eTest. He has served on the board of the Georgia Psychological Association
(Chair of the Policy and Planning Counsel, Chair of the Human Welfare
Committee and Vice President) and is past president of the Atlanta Society
of Applied Psychology. He consults with business leaders on selection, team
development and organizational effectiveness issues. He has also developed
a wide range of valid tests, personality inventories and other psychometric
instruments, some of which are offered through the eTest website.

J. Flanagan

During graduate school at Georgia Tech,
Dr. Flanagan interned with Management Psychology Group to
gain practical experience in the field while finishing his
dissertation and then joined the firm full-time after receiving his
doctorate. He is now a partner in the firm and is past president of
the Atlanta Society of Applied Psychology. He is also a member of
the Georgia Psychological Association, the Society for Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, and the American Psychological Association. His consulting focus
includes executive assessment, selection/validation projects and team
assessment.
Michele
Ingram Mobley

Dr. Mobley balanced her liberal arts undergraduate
education with a more technical and quantitative focus in
industrial/organizational psychology at Georgia Tech. She
was a consulting psychologist for Aon before joining Management
Psychology Group. She is a member of the Society of Industrial/Organizational
Psychology, the American Psychological Association, and the
Atlanta Society of Applied Psychology (where she has served
as Program and Membership Director). She is a board member of
Families First. Her consulting practice includes job
analysis and competency modeling, selection system design
and validation, employee attitude surveys and management
assessment.
