Que: How do I schedule an appointment?
|

Que: Where is your office?
|
Ans: We're located in the Buckhead area of Atlanta. The office is in Lenox Towers, directly across the street from Lenox Square Mall.

Directions:
FROM THE AIRPORT (via MARTA)
Enter the MARTA station located next to the Baggage Claim at the airport (tokens cost $2.25). Take the Dunwoody train (not Doraville train). Get off at the Buckhead Station. Go upstairs and exit the station onto Peachtree Road. If Maggiano’s Restaurant is on your left, walk towards it then walk approx. 1/2 mile. If Maggiano’s is across the street from you, turn right, walk to the third traffic light, and cross the road. We are located in the 3400 building of Lenox Towers which is across the street from Lenox Mall.
FROM THE AIRPORT (via car)
Take I-75/85 North through town. Continue on I-85 after it splits from I-75. Go about 2.5 miles and take exit 87 to the GA 400 North toll road to Buckhead (you will get off before the toll booth). Take exit 2 (Hwy. 141) to Lenox Road and Buckhead. Take a right and go to the second light. Turn right (south) onto Peachtree Road. Go to the second light and turn right into Lenox Towers. We are located in the 3400 building.
FROM THE NORTHWEST
Take I-75 South to the West Paces Ferry Road exit; turn left. Just after you pass the Governor’s Mansion on the left, you will come to the traffic light at Habersham Road. Turn left. Stay on Habersham as it winds through a residential area. Cross Roswell Road at the light, then turn right at the next light onto Piedmont Road. Once you are on Piedmont, go to the second light and turn left. This is the Buckhead Loop. Drive approx. 1/2 mile to the third light. (You will cross GA 400). Turn right (south) onto Peachtree Road. Go to the second light and turn right into Lenox Towers. We are located in the 3400 building.
FROM THE NORTH
Take GA 400 South through the toll booth and exit at Lenox - Buckhead. Turn left then drive approx. 1/2 mile to the second traffic light. Turn right (south) onto Peachtree Road. Go to the second light and turn right into Lenox Towers. We are located in the 3400 building.
FROM THE NORTHEAST
Take I-85 South to the Lenox Road exit; turn right. Continue on Lenox to Peachtree Rd. (Lenox Square will be on your left, Phipps Plaza will be in front of you across Peachtree); turn left. Go to the second traffic light and turn right into Lenox Towers. We are located in the 3400 building.

Que: How long before feedback to the company is available?
|

Ans: We provide the hiring manager feedback from candidate assessments within 48 hours.

Que: I'm scheduled for an interview. What should I do to prepare?
|
|
Ans: No preparation for the appointment is necessary. this will be an interview covering your background and experience. It will look similar to many typical job interviews. You will also complete a variety of online and/or pencil-and-paper questionnaires and self-descriptive inventories and surveys. The process typically takes around three hours.

Que: Can I get feedback from the process?
|
|
Ans: Objective feedback is a crucial aid to self-development and we feel strongly that people should take advantage of this opportunity. In the case of external candidates, feedback will be available after all hiring decisions have been made and communicated. If you are already employed by the client company and doing the assessment as part of a developmental process, feedback will be available as part of our regular work with the company. If a session has not been scheduled for you after a month or so, ask the appropriate HR rep or manager to start the process. If you are a candidate and were not hired or decided not to accept the offer, feel free to call our office directly to get feedback from the psychologist who conducted the interview.
